9 months!!

I turned 9 months on Saturday! I took my pictures on Thursday and was SUCH a good boy! The photographer even went on and on about how easy I was to photograph. I just love that camera.

But Friday was a different story...I woke up and didn't feel good at all. Mommy said my WHOLE body was super hot! She took my temperature and it was 101.4! She talked to Daddy and they figured it was just my teething so she gave me some tylenol. I was really fussy and clingy that day...I wouldn't let her put me down at all! It just felt so much better to be held. After my nap, my temp was down to 100.2 but I was still acting the same way. I only had part of my bottle and went down for another nap. After that nap, my temp was back up to 101.4. Mama gave me some more tylenol and called the doctor. She said to bring me in.

Grandma Donna came with so I wouldn't feel alone in the car. I still felt so yucky at the doctor and screamed and cried the ENTIRE time. I kept looking at Mommy and Grandma wondering why they wouldn't do anything to help me. Mama said it broke her heart. The doctor examined me and said both my ears were bright red! A double-ear infection!! Mommy stopped and got me my antibiotics and some motrin. She gave me the motrin when I got home and within a half hour, I was feeling SO much better!! By the time Daddy got home, I was even giggling. Mama was so relieved.

I've been doing my army crawl all around the house and I'm working on getting my tummy off the floor a little bit. And I even taught myself to clap so I do that all the time. It's fun! Oh and my 6th tooth is starting to come in - so 3 on top and 3 on the bottom. And the doctor weighed me and said I'm 24 lbs!!
